Kane @ Rap Night
This week we welcomed old school 207 veteran Kane on the show. In town for Rap Night, Kane came through to play some new tracks from his upcoming project and give the Appleton Radio audience a glimpse of all things Kane, old & new. In short, Kane came on the show and did a showcase at Rap Night to let us know he’s back and focused on music again! Since Kane was around in the days of Live Poets we snuck plenty of 207 hip hop history into the show including some of the oldest tracks we have in the vaults. Northern Exposure, Live Poets, Alias featuring Sole KGB & Kane, jdwalker, and a lot more! We cover some pretty decent historical ground in the Maine Hip Hop scene this week. Kane helps us continue to paint the 207 picture with his first appearance on the show and a lot of stories to share. Great show, just found out about you guys. The last time I saw Kane was 6 or 7 years ago. Awesome to hear that he’s still putting it down on the mic.
